Geotab is seeking a Customer Support Technical Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish) responsible for one-call resolution, creating customer loyalty, and providing a great customer experience.

Skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Offer assistance for product inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide timely and accurate informational support to customers
Collaborate with internal teams and perform advanced troubleshooting on GO devices
Develop internal documentation
Maintain high customer satisfaction

Education

1-3 years working experience in customer service/support capacity
1-3 years working experience in troubleshooting technical issues
