Product Design Lead (f/m/d)
Getsafe, a digital insurance company, is seeking an experienced Product Design Lead to set up the Product Design team for future success and drive engaging insurance experiences for customers.
Skills
- Experience in leading a Product Design team
- Experience in a customer-first B2C environment
- Track record of delivering products from concept to launch
- Ability to foster team growth and development
- Strong understanding of design principles and process
- Experience with user research methodologies
Responsibilities
- Guiding strategic projects throughout all phases of product development
- Mentoring and guiding fellow product designers
- Crafting seamless end-to-end user experiences
- Establishing and cultivating a robust design process
- Advocating for users and championing human-centric design principles
- Utilizing insights from user research to inform design choices
