Job SummaryThe Manager, HR Business Partner will support the HR Director in the global Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent Retention activities. The Manager, HRBP works closely with business leaders and managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives. The Manager, HRBP will be responsible for supporting the assigned line of business groups.THIS IS A HYBRID WORK MODEL POSITION, REQUIRED TO BE ON SITE 3 DAYS PER WEEK, (TUES. WED. THURSDAY) AT OUR CRANBERRY HQ.Disclaimer: Applicant must reside in the same country as the primary location of role as outlined in this job posting.Job DescriptionKey Competencies:• Experience Required: 10+ years experience in a corporate HRBP role with at least 3 years’ experience managing people• Education Desired: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field• Experience Desired: Proficiency in Workday HCMS and MS Office Suite• The ideal candidate should have experience directly supporting global business groups and understands how to work with and coach at all levels.• Ability to prepare and make senior-level presentations, and build a narrative based on collection and analysis of data.• Ability to conduct group facilitation, and coach and counsel management at all levels.• Experience in leadership development and being a trusted advisor to Sr Leader level. • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to support business objectivesJob Responsibilities• Work with the HR Director to develop and implement HR Practices that align with the overall mission and strategy of the organization.• Streamline processes and systems to enhance overall Team Member experience• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR & business to develop solutions, programs and policies• Develop comprehensive approaches to employee onboarding, engagement, development and retention.• Provide performance management guidance to line managers. Eg. coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary actions• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.• Review HR documents and policies regularly and makes changes & updates to align with organizational objectives• Implement and drive a culture of learning and development across our global organization by gathering needs, planning and coordinating for behavioral & leadership training. Evaluate training effectiveness and bring improvement• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances• Extend support on special projects, analytics & reporting, change management, etc.• Support to build a culture of innovation and continuous learning• Model the core values of Giant Eagle and create an environment of diversity and inclusion• Supervise the HR Shared Services and provide administrative support by closely working with the Functional Managers• Tracks key employee metrics on headcount, attrition, diversity, engagement surveys, etc. and publishes reports & dashboards periodicallyCompensation Grade79About UsAt Giant Eagle Inc., we’re more than just food, fuel and convenience.
