Vice President of Digital Marketing

Giddy is a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the sexual health and wellness space. Our flagship product is an ED device called Eddie, which is an FDA Registered Class II medical device. We have three website properties and are currently building the world's first AI search engine for sexual health and wellness information.

As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our online presence, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to join our team as the Vice President of Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Oversee all aspects of online marketing, including SEO, SEM/paid search, social media, email marketing, display, retargeting, affiliate, content marketing, funnel optimization and digital advertising campaigns.

  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.

  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure and optimize performance, track key metrics, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Stay on top of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Over ten years (10) of experience in acquisition and performance marketing in a senior digital marketing role, with a proven track record of measurable marketing investment growth at scale. 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of building and developing successful marketing teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • An expertise in e-commerce with a results-driven mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive ROI through digital marketing efforts.
