We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager who will lead the execution of HR initiatives, ensure the operation of day-to-day human resources tasks, and contribute to a cohesive employee experience that aligns with Gigamon’s culture and beliefs. The HR Manager will be a key partner within the region for our employees and Managers to ensure the successful deployment of HR Policies and Process, as well as a key contact point for coaching and mentoring of our managers.
This role requires a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days per week on-site.
What You’ll Do:
Coach and mentor managers on HR policies, processes, and leadership skills to cultivate a positive and rewarding workplace culture.
Lead local HR initiatives, including talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, career coaching, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
Collaborate with global HR teams, including HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations, to improve the employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, addressing operational queries and resolving HR-related issues.
Advocate for employees by providing leadership with insights on workplace culture, employee sentiment, and morale.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and adherence to company policies.
Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective hiring for key roles within the region.
Support the Workplace Services team as needed with office management tasks.
Handle and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations when required.
What You’ve Done:
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong operational focus.
Demonstrated experience as a strong HR Business Partner (HRBP) supporting multiple functions and leaders.
Proven success working in or supporting a US-based technology company, with an understanding of regional cultural nuances.
Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Strong background in HR operations, systems, and industry best practices.
