The Consumer Insights Analyst - Behavior Science will be part of a dynamic team and will have a direct impact on the success of our initiatives.We are seeking a highly analytical and creative individual with a passion for consumer behavior and data analysis. This position requires an understanding of consumer behavior, a data-driven approach to problem solving, and experience with data visualization tools and techniques.If you are an enthusiastic individual with a knack for uncovering actionable insights and have a track record of success, this role could be the perfect fit for you. Responsibilities: Develop and execute consumer insights strategies to identify consumer behavior trends and uncover actionable insights Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights Develop data-driven models and predictive analytics to inform product and service strategies Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings and provide recommendations to stakeholders Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure insights are translated into actionable strategies Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices Develop strategic plans to identify, segment, and target key customer segments Design and conduct market research studies, focus groups, and surveys to gain customer insights Manage research projects from start to finish, including budgeting, timeline management, and vendor management Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership Gillette is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
