Director of Paidleave.ai

Moms First, formerly Marshall Plan for Moms, is a national nonprofit transforming our workplaces, our government, and our culture to enable moms in America to thrive. Our grassroots movement of nearly one million moms and supporters is dedicated to advancing women’s economic freedom, uplifting the vital work of moms in our society and building the power to win the public and private sector investments moms need and deserve, including child care, paid leave, and equal pay. The organization is housed within the nonprofit Girls Who Code and founded by Reshma Saujani, a long-time advocate for women’s economic empowerment.

About Paidleave.ai

Paidleave.ai is an innovative solution designed to increase awareness, understanding, and utilization of paid family leave benefits. Launched in partnership with Craig Newmark Philanthropies and Novy.ai, and with support from OpenAI, Paidleave.ai leverages generative AI to simplify the process of accessing paid family leave. Following a successful pilot in New York that drove a 25% increase in Google searches for “paid leave” and 100M press impressions, Moms First is expanding Paidleave.ai to all 10 states with live paid leave programs with a North Star goal of increasing paid family leave adoption and claims.
