Director, Solutions Architects - APAC
GitLab is seeking a Director of Solutions Architects to lead and develop the Solutions Architects team for the APAC region. You will be instrumental in driving strategies and operations to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Skills
- Technical sales experience.
- Experience building and leading global teams.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and application security.
- Proficiency in software development lifecycle and agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor and develop an exceptional team of Solutions Architects.
- Develop strategies and operations to improve win rates.
- Identify and lead initiatives to scale the organization.
- Develop processes, metrics, and KPIs for technical evaluations.
- Foster relationships with key customers at various levels.
- Partner with various teams to align on overall strategy.
Education
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
