Responsibilities

Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Billing Operations team to review and code cash on account
Update customer notes and records within billing system
Work with account owners to resolve discrepancies related to customer accounts
Contribute to updating customer billing portals
Verify and update invoice statuses
