Intern, Billing Operations
The internship aims to provide practical experience in billing and accounts receivable operations, equipping interns with knowledge and skills for a successful finance and operations career within the SaaS industry.
Skills
- Foundational understanding of financial principles
- Experience or willingness to learn financial management software
- Excellent analytical skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced remote work environment
- Collaborative spirit and proactive approach
- Ability to take initiative and learn new skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Billing Operations team to review and code cash on account
- Update customer notes and records within billing system
- Work with account owners to resolve discrepancies related to customer accounts
- Contribute to updating customer billing portals
- Verify and update invoice statuses
