Role Description
Givebutter is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to help level up our sales team’s operations as they continue to scale. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to improve sales workflows, enhance data accuracy, and drive operational efficiency to support revenue growth.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in refining sales processes, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring seamless CRM utilization. You’ll be responsible for maintaining dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics, providing actionable insights to sales leadership, and working closely with teams across RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to align strategies.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing sales operations in HubSpot, a strong grasp of CRM best practices, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You should be eager to support the sales team throughout the deal cycle, establish standardized processes, and contribute to forecasting and performance analysis.
Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining sales workflows, safeguarding data integrity, monitoring pipeline health, and assisting with quota assignments and performance tracking. Success in this role will require strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Have experience working in sales and sales support roles - you have experience working on a sales team and have transitioned to operations or supported operational success, or you have been in sales support role for some time.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain efficient sales workflows and processes in HubSpot, while monitoring CRM utilization for continuous improvement.
Support the sales team throughout the deal cycle by troubleshooting operational issues and removing roadblocks.
Support the maintenance and integrity of sales data within HubSpot, including contact, company, and deal records.
Own dashboards and reports to track primary Sales KPIs such as lead conversion rates, pipeline health, win rates, and sales velocity.
Develop and document standardized procedures for the sales team, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Provide data-driven insights to sales leadership for forecasting and strategic decision-making.
Assist regarding quota assignments and sales team performance tracking.
Collaborate as part of the RevOps team to ensure alignment between sales and broader revenue strategies.
Requirements
2+ years of experience sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role within a high-growth SaaS environment.
2+ year(s) Hubspot Sales Hub Administrator and experience with other sales-related softwares (i.e. Conversation Intelligence, Compensation Software, Automation tools)
Expertise in building, optimizing, and documenting sales processes and tools.
Highly proficient in G-Suite or Microsoft Suite.
High level of detail orientation and experience managing/prioritizing competing demands
Experience selling into the nonprofit space is a bonus, but not required
