    In order to be successful and earn unlimited income, you need the right ingredients: a reputable company, a highly recognizable brand, and market demand.  Cooper Auto Group has been the most respected automotive dealership in the OKC and Tulsa area since 1946. At Cooper Auto Group, we provide the culture, training, and support structure in order to maximize your earning potential in an industry with consistent high demand.  We’ll provide the support but not the micro-management.

    Compensation:  

    Our Sales Consultants are paid a guaranteed draw against commission PLUS volume bonuses.  Commissions are uncapped.

    Qualifications

    • At least two years of relevant experience preferred
    • Must be motivated for success
    • Proven customer service skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
    • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
    • Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
