Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act
Oversee daily nursing operations and staff scheduling
Develop and maintain nursing service policies and procedures
Monitor infection control programs
Participate in nursing administration on call

Education

Unencumbered Registered Nursing license in NC
Three years experience in supervisory capacity
