We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team!


The Clinical Nurse Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of patient care within our healthcare facility. This role will collaborate closely with a diverse multidisciplinary team; you will be involved in developing, implementing, and assessing all patient care activities. The Clinical Nurse Manager will strive for the highest standards of patient care and the overall success of Giving Home Health Care Amarillo!


Primary Responsibilities
  • Educate care team members and patients.
  • Advocate for patients within the healthcare system.
  • Ensure the adherence to care plans.
  • Review clinical data.
  • Conduct assessments.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the DON and Administrator.


Requirements
  • Must be Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas to apply. 
  • Must have active CPR certification with AED.
  • Strong computer skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have dependable transportation.
  • Willing to get TB tested.


$30 - $40 an hour
$100 monthly cell phone reimbursement, after 90 days
Monthly in-office lunch to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other events
PTO, paid holidays, paid sick time, after 90 days
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, after 90 days
Hours typically from 8a-5p
Job Type: Full-time
