Glassdoor is looking for a Staff Back-End Engineer to play a senior role in preparing the Glassdoor Community platform for rapid growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in NodeJS, Typescript, MongoDB, and AWS technologies.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain back-end components to support the Glassdoor Community platform
Lead architectural design discussions and decisions for back-end components
Write high-quality, maintainable code using TypeScript and JavaScript
Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the existing backend infrastructure
Collaborate with the team to plan and implement scalable solutions for user base growth
