Our teammate will possess excellent internet research abilities and be comfortable navigating business websites.What You’ll DoKey Responsibilities:• Curate and maintain our database of employer profiles, through product and research application.• Analyze and respond to inquiries from our members, employers, clients and internal sales teams via online customer service platform.• Cross train to support multiple teams.Specific Hiring Characteristics/Targets:• Analytical, rational, logical, and ambitious problem solver• Strong internet research skills and comfort navigating online business resources• Solid understanding of business structures and company hierarchies• Shown technical skills with online applications such as Google Docs/Google Suite• Experience or interest in online customer service• Confidence to use good judgment and make proven business decisions in ambiguous situationsWhat You’ll Bring• A commitment to add to our culture of DEI• 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, trust & safety or relevant function; with an emphasis on written communication• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills• Ability to perform well in different situations, coordinate and prioritize responsibilities• Can-do demeanor with a customer service approach• Ability to take direction, multi-task, and perform tasks independently to meet timelines and exceed goals• Strong personal integrity and the aim to ‘do right’• Positive demeanor and willingness to promote a cohesive, team environment• Schedule for this role: Monday-Friday, full-time, 8 hours per day, core working hours 8am-5pm• Experience with Sales and Tableau are huge pluses!• Familiarity with different company structures/business events related to rebrands, mergers & acquisitions also a plusThe candidate will be flexible and dedicated, work well under timelines and be able to act quickly and think on their feet. This role supports internal and external customers, working directly with them daily to assist and answer questions.Compensation and Benefits Base Salary Range (USD): $43,600 - 69,500Base Salary Range (CAD): $40,800 - $61,200Base Salary Range (GBP): £31,900.00 - £47,900.00Base Salary Range (EUR): €32,700.00 - €49,100.00You can learn more about our compensation philosophy here and see salary ranges for all Glassdoor jobs here.• Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.Bonus: 10%• Bonuses are paid out bi-annually and the amount awarded is based on individual and company performance.Generous Restricted Stock Units (RSU):• **Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually.
