This role is essential in providing top-tier technical support to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring a smooth experience with our advanced IT products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical resolutions in our support system.
• Guide clients on best practices to optimize their usage of our IT solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance customer service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve technical skills and customer service proficiency.

• Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in IT support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with help desk software and IT support tools is a plus.
• A strong ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
