Partner Solutions Architect
Glean is seeking a talented Partner Solutions Architect to provide technical advisory and integration support for partners, enhancing the AI-driven platform designed to improve knowledge work.
Skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication and professional presentation skills
- Project planning and execution
- Data-driven decision making
- Software development in Python, Java, or Go
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain role as primary technical advisor to partners
- Onboard new data sources and integrate Glean into partner's architecture
- Create documentation and training materials for partners
- Identify and expand Glean usage with partners
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align technical plans
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least three years of industry experience
- Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent with at least one year of industry experience
