Pega Decision Architect

Essential Functions:  

  • Drives strategy and programs related to adoption and utilization of Pega Next Best Action (NBA).
  • Partners with stakeholders to align Pega decision-making strategies with content that drives conversions and supports loyalty programs to promote a positive customer journey.
  • Partners with stakeholders to gather and document decision-making requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Drives design strategies to support customer lead generation, engagement, and retention efforts.
  • Partners with Marketing stakeholders to ensure strategies nurture leads and customer conversion.
  • Ensures integration of marketing data to track lead performance to optimize lead tracking, scoring, and reporting.
  • Tests strategies to ensure proper delivery of messaging to customers to effectively engage customers.
  • Documents strategies and provides training to teams, ensuring teams understand how to use the system for lead generation, customer retention, and upselling.
  • Aligns software infrastructure with business processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of business operations.
  • Enforces adherence to Company policies and procedures.
  • Hires, manages, develops, trains, reviews, and sets goals for department and staff.
  • Establishes goals for team in accordance with company and division plan and vision. Ensures the team understands the performance standards of their department and has a clear understanding of their own individual performance.
  • Ensures high productivity and adherence to turnaround time schedule by problem solving, motivating, and delegating.
  • Manages and supports team members in areas of problem solving, decision making, process improvement, and professional growth in accordance with company policies.
  • Handles employee relations matters including but not limited to performance management and enforcement of corrective or disciplinary actions.
  • Partners and coordinates with Human Resources in a timely manner on all employee relations matters.
  • Assess and ensure appropriate staffing levels. Conducts interviews and hires staff to maintain staffing levels within the department.
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Previous six (6) years of experience with Pega or similar platforms required.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning models, a plus.

Pay Range: $103,000.00 to $138,000/yr
