Negotiate complex transactions between Global Atlantic and third-party insurance companies
Serve as a strategic legal advisor on multibillion-dollar insurance transactions
Lead evaluation of novel matters and transactions
Build and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders

Education

Juris Doctor degree (JD)
