Responsibilities

Prepare monthly ledger reconciliations for real estate investments
Responsible for GAAP 10Q/K investment disclosures
Perform month-end closing procedures
Collaborate with auditors and functional teams
Prepare management reports analyzing investment results

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA, MBA, CFA preferred
