Sales Data Analyst
Global Atlantic Financial Group is seeking a Sales Data Analyst to support the transformation of their sales organization into a modern, data-driven operation.
Skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with ETL tools (Alteryx/Tableau Prep)
- SQL experience
- Financial Services and Sales experience
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven track record of influencing others
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce.com data and reporting for the Sales Office
- Provide data and reporting for informed decision-making and business operations
- Improve Salesforce.com user functionality for sales team
- Drive adoption of new technology and digital capabilities among the sales team
- Recommend solutions to enhance data usage in the business
- Identify commercial opportunities using data and technology
- Deliver data needs for sales enablement initiatives
- Formulate solutions across technologies, processes, and products
Education
- Bachelor's degree
