About the Job:

This role sits on the Global Internal Communications and Engagement team and is responsible for creating visual presentations and communications for internal clients to be used for internal and external purposes.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Serve as Communications Team’s primary deck/presentation creator for internal clients (primarily executive team) as well as large internal meetings
  • Partner with Communications Team and directly with clients to translate business stories into visually compelling presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Story tell through strong copy in order to deliver a strategic message for multiple C level personas with accurate Brand tone of voice
  • Understand nuances of tone & impact of copy on internal and external audiences
  • Partner with Creative department to stay up-to-date on Brand look, feel and standards.
  • Offer guidance to clients and team on how to depict concepts and ideas in ways consistent with the brand, culture, and Gen Z.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on culture and relevant programs, trends for visual communication
  • Utilize Creative visual assets for internal communications channels, including the company’s intranet, building monitors, and video series.

Is This You?

  • At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience, including a degree in visual communications or design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.
  • Excellent design skills when utilizing applications like PPT and Keynote.
  • Familiar with intranets, web-based content, and Microsoft Systems (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage/prioritize assignments across multiple projects (often with changing timelines and dependencies)
  • Can be flexible and willing to make changes to deliverables, often at the last minute
  • Work calmly under a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative; willing to partner with team and clients to ensure all ideas are heard and final products represent the needs of the client and brand.

Salary Range: $82,400 to $112,245 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
