About the Team and Business Line:

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Facilities Management team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role:

• You will participate and contribute in various team activities such as weekly status meetings, portal design meetings, organization, and functionality reviews of our data and portal, etc.
• Assist with the developments & dashboards regarding leases, lease reviews, seat maps, etc.
• Assist with/participate in the revised set-up/organization and on-going developments of our

• Assist with lay-outs and design of our annual Rent Book

About You:

• You are a student (Junior/Senior) working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing.
• Familiar with Social Media, Portal design
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with customer service
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Strong sense of responsibility with attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with the ability to successfully work in a demanding environment

  Salary range: $20/hr. USD
