As a core member of our Client Experience team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

The Citco Fund Services (CFS) Client Experience (CX) organization is seeking a Change Management Leader responsible for standardizing the approach to change across large scale transformative initiatives within CFS functions. This leader will report to the Head of Client Experience and be a key member of the CX leadership team.

The SVP, Change Management will be responsible for working closely with business, technology and client partners to foster a change-positive culture and approach to drive greater alignment, effectiveness, measurement and adoption of change initiatives to achieve our desired client and business outcomes. They will provide an end-to-end service model to provide a holistic view of change across investment prioritization, intake, planning, delivery, business readiness, adoption and sustainability. They will also be responsible for facilitating measurement, reporting and governance through regular initiative and portfolio reviews.

This leader must work well with ambiguity in a rapid-paced environment. Superior change management and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, including the Executive Committee, is a requirement.


Your
Role:

  • You will manage and develop change management activities across multiple business functional areas with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, solutions, and process advancements for cross-functional stakeholders, and associated internal and external partners affected by their outcomes.
  • Lead the change planning process to ensure change initiatives are designed, integrated and controlled to drive positive adoption, improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure and realize expected improvements and efficiencies
  • Lead the change delivery process to ensure initiatives are delivered on-time, on-budget and with quality to achieve our desired client, employee and business outcomes
  • Lead the business readiness process to ensure impacted employees and clients are prepared for the change to generate sustainable outcomes
  • Implement and facilitate measurement, reporting and portfolio management routines to drive transparency and visibility throughout the change lifecycle
  • Partner to lead the development of internal and external advisory groups to provide input and feedback into strategic initiatives and major change events

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree required; Preferably BA or BS in Business Management, Change Management, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of Organizational Change Management and Communications experience with at least 2+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization
  • Demonstrated track record helping companies undergo major transformations (e.g., system implementations, organization restructuring, comprehensive process improvement initiatives, etc.)
  • Broad understanding of different functions within an organization (e.g., Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Sales and Marketing, etc.)
  • Functional experience with the following:
    • Developing, executing, and managing change management strategies, deliverables, and activities
    • Conducting and reviewing stakeholder and organization readiness assessments
    • Leading teams of Change Management professionals
    • Senior Leadership engagement
    • Establishing consistent change management standards, methods, and tools to be used throughout a program's / project's lifecycle
    • Building creative strategies to support the development of Organizational Change Management competencies with clients
    • Represent organizational Change Management through governance within each program's / project's milestones
    • Write, review, and provide approval of key project and organizational communications
    • Helping support the stand-up and of PMO organizations and working closely with PMO organizations throughout an engagement duration
  • Prior experience working directly with and advising C-Level executives, including experience presenting complex ideas and facilitating executive workshops
  • Experience leading large teams across multiple engagements and developing staff
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Desired Qualifications:
    • Advanced Degree in Business Management, Change Management, Communications, or related field; PROSCI Certification a plus
    • Experience in the financial services industry
    • Prior experience and track record working on large scale, operationally intense transformation/change management initiatives across a wide range of functions, including business, operations and technology
    • Strong understanding of agile and product management
    • Strong understanding of Voice of the Customer (VOC) principles, tools and methods
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 USD
