ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting into the President & COO, the Global Head of Marketing will build and deliver the global marketing strategy and lead all aspects of marketing operations for the company. Additionally, they will partner with leaders across the company to define and implement a world-class community and member experience across our spaces worldwide.

This person will partner closely with the Sales organization and oversee marketing channels that drive customer acquisition and brand awareness across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and execution for all branding and marketing initiatives globally to support the company’s growth and overall sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with leaders in Community and Sales to drive a unified approach and collaborative execution
  • Understand the sales pipeline, key drivers and the role of marketing at each stage of the process
  • Define and deliver on our performance marketing strategy
  • Provide leadership to each regional team as they localize the brand’s mission while staying true to the overall global vision
  • Optimize processes and systems to help each region increase building occupancy
  • Build accountability through marketing metrics and reporting transparency
  • Lead all aspects of global marketing P&L, including the quarterly and annual planning processes
  • Proactively share best practices with our franchise partners
  • Engage the world’s premiere thinkers, partners, brands to ensure that WeWork’s B2B program is truly elite

ABOUT YOU

  • 10+ years of senior marketing experience at a fast-paced high-growth company in the enterprise and/or B2B space
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.), with a strong focus on SMB marketing
  • Ability to drive maximum returns; proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Proven people management experience with ability to attract, cultivate, and retain top performers in a world-class marketing operations organization
  • Highly analytical; able to make data-driven decisions and establish effective metrics to approach marketing strategy and spend
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is critical
  • Tech-savvy with respect to marketing tools, platforms and resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Pay Range: $220K – 294K

Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.


Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including 20 days of PTO, approximately 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare benefits, 401K plan, Life & AD&D insurance.

Equity: Equity may also be granted depending on your job level (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment).
