What does it mean to be a Senior Regulatory Coordinator at GLS?
The Senior Regulatory Coordinator is responsible for providing support in a variety of legal and compliance‐related activities including, but not limited to licensure for the Company and related entities, regulatory and external examination and diligence requests, and the Company’s consumer complaint function.
How will you drive value within the organization as a Senior Regulatory Coordinator?- Submit licensing applications for the Company and related Special Purpose Entities
- Complete and monitor state license and registration renewals for the Company and related Special Purpose Entities
- Investigate and compile responses to regulatory examiners; monitor the status of all regulatory examinations and other requests
- received from regulatory agencies
- Work collaboratively with operations management to perform thorough investigations of consumer complaints and other
- compliance‐related events, documents the results, and provide appropriate resolutions and remediations
- Assist with developing improvements to licensing and external examination processes
- Assist with other Legal & Compliance team deliverables and participate in special projects as needed
- Maintain electronic records and files that support work performed, results, and outcomes
- Foster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates

What should you already know to be successful as a Senior Regulatory Coordinator?- Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent required
- Intrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify needs, make recommendations for improvement, see
