We are seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to join our Talent Acquisition function. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for delivering the overall TA operating strategy in collaboration with TA leaders, People Operations and various colleagues across the organization based on program or project. To be successful in this role, you must be obsessive about delivering an excellent experience for prospects, Hiring Managers, and all stakeholders involved in attraction and recruitment.

The scope of this role includes Global Project and Program Management across the Talent Acquisition function with a keen focus on efficiency, quality, and automation. A deep background in project management inclusive of organizational change, technology implementation and process design are required for success.

Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Be the central point of contact for technology and program projects that impact the Talent Acquisition function, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition capability building, assessment of tools and technology, role clarity, process optimization, and overall program management including policies and standard operating procedures
  • Identify and implement efficiencies focused on achieving global consistency and cohesiveness wherever practical
  • Own the TA technology roadmap and partner with TA regional leaders to understand the current and emerging technical needs to inform the strategic plan for TA technology
  • Partner with internal cross functional teams such as People Operations, Total Rewards, Employment Counsel, Information Technology and more to identify and optimize synergies
  • Manage projects independently while exercising discretion as it relates to HR and TA matters
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to other team members and work closely to reach meaningful resolution
  • Pursue external knowledge of industry trends, benchmarks & opportunities to further advance innovations across GE HealthCare & represent the company in industry, where applicable
  • Serve as an influencer, relationship owner and driver for select external partners while staying connected to external trends via industry and functional networks


Qualifications

  • 7+ yrs experience working in an in-house corporate Talent Acquisition function
  • 5+ years managing projects and programs with a proven record of delivering operational excellence and return on investment
  • Ability to distill complex problems into simple and impactful experiences for a range of users
  • Ability to juggle many deliverables, manage short-term deadlines while delivering long-term impact and support a wide range of priorities.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and push back on leaders, as necessary
  • Hands on working experience on global recruitment tools, preferably Workday, Phenom, HireVue and Thrive. LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights expertise, a plus.

Desired qualifications:

  • Preferred candidate will bring consultative experiences in global talent acquisition operations, and project management covering candidate experience, TA technology, TA process design/optimization, TA measurement and analytics
  • 2+ years of user design experience

The salary range for this position is $160,000-$240,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.

While GE Healthcare does not currently require U.S. employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19, some GE Healthcare customers have vaccination mandates that may apply to certain GE Healthcare employees.
