Being our Global VP Sales

As Global VP of Sales at GetAccept, you will have one mission - to drive immediate new revenue growth through implementing best practices and increase sales efficiency to best in class standards!

Let’s look at the main responsibilities of this role! They are:

️ Be responsible for leading our sales team to meet and exceed the goals and quotas

️ Set and execute sales and go to market strategies, sales tactics and action plans

️ Coach our Sales Directors in their roles, as well as supporting with recruiting and developing sales reps in close collaboration with the People & Culture team

️ Prioritize activities and resources accordingly in order to achieve sales targets, as well as continually challenge status quo

️ Promote, maintain and enhance our core values as well as inspire others to become their best selves

️ Provide accurate forecasting of revenues and bookings; prepare recurring sales forecasts with pipeline, funnel and forecast reports

️ Collaborate closely with our marketing, customer success and RnD teams #teamwins

Your and your team’s goal is to meet our expected ARR growth.


Your team

In this role you will report directly to our inspiring CEO, Samir Smajic. You will be part of the management team and work closely with us all in order to take GetAccept to the next level. Your mission will be to lead our global sales team currently consisting of 60 GetAccepters, where nine of these are direct reporting Sales Directors/Managers in six different markets.

Who are we looking for?

Most importantly - you have a never ending passion for sales! We would also love it if you have the following background:

  • +5 years experience within SaaS sales, with demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed aggressive growth targets
  • Previous experience scaling sales teams and leading other sales leaders in different markets
  • Previous experience in go to market strategies/execution, focusing on high SMB/mid market
  • Extensive sales tactics knowledge and the ability to adjust strategies and realign priorities in a continually changing environment
  • Able to communicate effectively and patiently with customers and employees, as well as an inner drive to take action on problems or opportunities
  • You need to be confident in your own abilities and judgment, as well as take responsibility in good and bad
  • In order to thrive in this role you will need to be motivated by developing others to reach and exceed their goals
