Summary of Role:
GlobalFoundries' Corporate Finance & Accounting Team is looking for eager candidates to join their team. Learn about finance and accounting within the Corporate Accounting team ensuring timely and accurate reporting that will support GlobalFoundries' leadership and stakeholders in the decision making.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations as part of the accounting month-end close
- Assist in preparation of the company’s financial statements, including footnotes
- Review financial statements, including fluctuation analysis
- Analyze potential accounting transactions and perform research as needed
- Review accounting processes within the company and assist with internal control documentation
- Assist in audits while building relationships with other departments
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
Education – Graduating with a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited degree program .
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and independent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across global locations in matrix role and build effective cross-functional relationships at multiple levels.

Expected Salary Range
$44,100.00 - $78,800.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
