Our Design and Technology Enablement teams are working on the development of a broad portfolio of semiconductor technologies ranging from 350 nm down to 12nm including FD-SOI, RF, High-Voltage and automotive applications.
Introduction
HR Shared Services Support (HRSS) provides operational support for selected personnel-related standard topics and inquiries for all legal entities in Germany. We offer information and advice on HR processes, German guidelines, contracts, and more.
Your Role
Ticket Processing: Handle standard HR processes and inquiries.
Project Implementation: Assist in implementing HR-specific projects.
Centralized Support: Provide centralized human resources support and transactions within a service center/HR Shared Services model.
Management Tools: Equip managers and employees with tools to navigate HR business processes efficiently.
Process Efficiency: Ensure and develop efficient processes for center operations and HR administration requirements.
Standards and Procedures: Establish and maintain standards and procedures for employee support and human resources programs.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain service level agreements.
Additional Projects: Participate in other projects and assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management or in related fields.
Language requirements: For this role we are looking for someone with both German and English language skills.
Skills: attention to detail, self-organized, independent and responsible, with experience working in a global organization, customer service oriented, interested in technology/systems
HR Experience is not mandatory, but will be a plus - experience in finance, customer service, or even technology could also be beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, or related field
