The Opportunity:
As the newest Associate Product Manager on our AI team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our product vision into actionable strategies and bringing innovative products to market. This is a unique opportunity to combine your faith with technology and your vocation, contributing to products that serve the faith ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with our go-to-market teams, as well as engage with prospects and customers within the faith community to gather insights and feedback. Your role involves staying on top of the latest trends in AI and bringing fresh ideas and suggestions to the team.
In this fast-paced environment, you will assist design teams to craft compelling and intuitive user experiences. You will use tools like Figma to create product flows and detailed requirements, providing visually engaging guides that help our engineers build cutting-edge solutions. By collaborating with the executive team, finding market trends, and synthesizing customer feedback, you will help to ensure our products not only meet but exceed expectations. This role is hybrid, based in the Pittsburg, Pennsylvania area.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Transforming Vision into Strategy: Help to build strategies and execution plans from high-level product visions, particularly focusing on solutions for the faith community.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to build engaging, user-friendly products.
- Engaging with Customers: Interact with prospects and customers within the faith ecosystem to gather insights and feedback, ensuring our products meet real-world needs.
- Using Figma for Product Design: Utilize Figma to create product flows, wireframes, and detailed requirements that guide the development process.
- Staying Ahead of AI Trends: Research the latest developments in AI, bringing new ideas and suggestions to the team.
- Creating Detailed Requirements: Develop comprehensive, visually compelling product requirements and specifications.
- Managing Development Timelines: Help to create product development timelines to keep projects on track.
- Incorporating Feedback: Gather input from the executive team, market research, and customer interactions to inform product decisions.
- Facilitating Cross-Functional Communication: Help to align all stakeholders, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
- Participating in Agile Processes: Engage in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Prioritizing Features: Assess and prioritize product features based on business value and customer needs.
- Ensuring Quality Alignment: Verify that product deliverables align with company goals and provide exceptional user experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
- AI Enthusiasm: A strong interest in AI technologies and their application in product development.
- Proficiency in Figma: Experience using Figma or similar design tools to create product flows and wireframes.
- Customer Engagement: Experience working closely with sales, marketing, and directly with customers or prospects.
- Design Collaboration: Experience collaborating with design teams to create user-centered products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Trend Awareness: Passion for staying updated on the newest trends in AI and technology.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to decision-making.
- Agile Familiarity: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
- Passion for Innovation: Eagerness to bring new ideas to the table and drive innovation.
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000
