Product Designer - Design Systems

GlossGenius is seeking a dedicated Product Designer to work on Design Systems, focusing on creating design and code standards for their Design and Engineering teams. This role requires creativity and a passion for design systems.

Skills

Strong experience in design systems
Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, etc.
Solid understanding of design principles and interaction design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of Design Systems
Collaborate with engineers to design high-quality components and patterns
Define and document UI components and best practices
Drive the adoption of Design Systems within the organization
Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design
Conduct audits of existing designs for optimization
