Strong HR/People Business Partner experience in a fast-growing environment
Expertise in relationship building, stakeholder influence, and driving strategic impact
Analytical skills for interpreting organizational data effectively
Experience coaching leaders and managing complex employee relations cases
Ability to advise on team building, leadership, and growth
Responsibilities
Develop and implement People strategies like performance management and compensation planning
Build partnerships with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance
Lead organizational design efforts and talent management initiatives
Oversee complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with regulations
Design leadership programs and coach managers on effective people management
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and compliance requirements
Education
Minimum 5-7 years of HR/People experience
3 years in an HR/People Business Partner capacity, preferably in a startup
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
