Job Description Make your mark with your digital marketing expertise and creative strategy! Gobble is looking for a highly motivated and data-driven User Acquisition Manager. You will oversee all digital marketing channels end-to-end, including strategy, creative development, campaign execution, analysis and optimization. You will focus on paid social and search channels, while testing and... optimizing successfully into new digital channels. This position is critical to helping us rapidly build our subscriber base and achieve aggressive growth goals. You will report to our Director of Acquisition and will work directly with the founders and leaders of this fast-growing startup. Our weekly delivery includes three thoughtfully hand-crafted dinner kits filled with fresh pre- chopped and par-cooked ingredients (along with a gorgeous recipe card!) for you to create Michelin- worthy dinners in your very own kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Completely own our paid social and paid search strategies from ideation to optimization. Optimize our marketing spend across digital marketing channels for prospecting, remarketing, and cross-sell / up-sell opportunities, managing tightly to CPA. Create a rigorous A/B testing strategy so that we're always learning and finding new wins. Create daily / weekly / monthly reporting and dashboards to monitor KPIs, attribution and campaign performance, and communicate results clearly to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a full-funnel approach to optimization of our digital advertising, including managing CRO roadmap and implementing experiments. Manage landing pages and the creative asset pipeline, ensuring that our advertising is always branded and clearly communicates our value proposition. Know your industry:
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to continuously maximize advertising ROI. Meticulously manage large advertising budgets, including multi-channel spend allocations and forecasting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field 4
years of successful management of paid social and search channels at a B2C brand or ad agency Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads Familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker and Heap Proficiency in Excel Incredibly detail-oriented Obsessed with customer experience Impeccable written and oral communication skills Energetic, self-starter, and a TEAM player Ready to launch on day one Passion for food is a plus!
