Workforce Management Analyst
GoCardless is a leading provider of bank payment solutions, processing payments globally for over 85,000 organisations. They are looking for a Workforce Management Analyst to help forecast and plan capacity for their operations.
Skills
- Data analysis
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of WFM tools
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with forecast and capacity planning of multi-site teams
- Build workforce management models
- Run WFM-specific projects including capacity planning and forecasting
- Work closely with operational managers to manage schedules
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
