Responsibilities

Create holistic event experiences across multiple touchpoints
Design simple and intuitive experiences based on user goals
Understand customer needs through qualitative and quantitative measures
Collaborate with designers, PMs, engineers, and customers
Advocate for the customer and prioritize efficiency and accessibility
Ideate, design, and build experiences with inclusivity in mind
