Join us! The GoFundMe team is searching for a Strategy Analyst II. In this dynamic role you will play a key part in supporting strategic initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and effectiveness across GoFundMe’s operations teams. You will work closely with the Strategy Manager to manage our payments partnerships and optimize operational processes.

The Job…

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and drive strategic initiatives
• Support in the day-to-day management of external partners, coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve operational issues, and monitor partner performance and KPIs
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges and inefficiencies, focusing on creating sustainable improvements to prevent future issues
• Develop and present analyses and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making
• Support the planning and execution of long-term partnership goals
• Stay updated on the latest trends, news, and disruptors in the payments, charitable giving, and fintech space

You…

• 1-3 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Payments, Business Operations, Project Management, and/or Partnership Management
• BS/BA or higher degree in business, engineering, finance, mathematics, economics, or similar field
• Experience in supporting partnerships related to financial services, banking, or payments
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality of work
• Collaborative team player who is also capable of independent thought and execution
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others
• A proactive approach to work with a “get things done” mentality
• Resilient and adaptable in the face of changing priorities or unexpected challenges
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of business strategy

Preferred skills...

• Experience in payments, fintech, ecommerce, or marketplace companies preferred
• Understanding of network rules, interchange, and key performance indicators related to payment processing 
• Experience supporting contract negotiations and being part of the team in contact with payment processors, fintech firms, banks, and other e-Commerce payments providers
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk trends in the payments or financial services industry

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $90,000 - $130,000 + equity + benefits.  As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
