Participate in discovery calls to identify clients' technical needs.
Assist sales teams by addressing technical queries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Support customers with onboarding and implementation.
Research and recommend new technical solutions.
Provide detailed documentation and clear communication.
Education
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
