  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Sales process optimization expertise
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own professional services and support strategy
  • Lead Customer Success & Support teams
  • Develop, define and launch Professional Services offerings
  • Manage and develop a high performing team
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus
