In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. Ayco is committed to building a culturally diverse environment, and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Process daily postings of transactions and the reconciliation of client portfolios across various broker interfaces and proprietary systems• Prepare monthly and quarterly client-facing reports and presentations for various business units• Analyze data for periodic management reports• Perform quality reviews to ensure data accuracy and minimize risk• Provide support for integrated trading platforms• Work across multiple financial systems and platforms• Partner with other business units on various projects• Coordinate and process team specific tasks as requested by the business• Must understand and adhere to all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, quality, client service, information security, and complianceQUALIFICATIONS• Superior data analytic skills and problem solving ability• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess strong organizational & time management skills• Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines• Superior written and verbal communication skills• Flexible and able to work well under pressure, both individually and in a team environment• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organizationAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
