Compensation: This role will be compensated with a base annual salary plus an annual bonus percentage
- Base Annual Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Location: Onsite at GOLFTEC Headquarters in Englewood, CO

Position Summary:
Be a part of GOLFTEC's growing TEAM, where over 1,100 Coaches and PGA Professionals are mastering their craft in golf instruction. We’re seeking a Teaching Quality Specialist to join the Teaching Quality TEAM at GOLFTEC Headquarters. If you’re an experienced Manager or Coach with a passion for helping people improve their game, this could be the perfect opportunity.
In this role, you’ll mentor fellow GOLFTEC Coaches and PGA Professionals, supporting them in refining their skills with a focus on education and live training through GOLFTEC University. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding Coaches toward becoming golf instruction experts, all while working alongside a TEAM of nationally recognized instructors who have earned prestigious awards from the PGA of America, Golf Digest, and GOLF Magazine.
Members of the Teaching Quality TEAM are celebrated for their career growth within GOLFTEC, many of whom have become industry leaders. This position offers a unique chance to be a part of that legacy while helping shape the future of golf instruction.
Key Responsible:
- Teaching GOLFTEC University remotely or in-person at GOLFTEC HQ
- Responsible for playing a major role in new Coach onboarding education and communication
- Creating compelling content for Coach training based around current and future teaching systems
- Cross department collaboration and communication on projects that occur at GOLFTEC HQ
- Timely reporting of results from all Coach training
- Club fitting education regarding new product launches and training of clubhead physical properties
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years as a GOLFTEC Coach preferred
- Passing score on Coach, Manager, and club fitting test is preferred
- Deep knowledge of club fitting physical properties and demonstrate an interest in club fitting
- Solid working knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- High degree of professionalism including ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills required
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Six (6) company observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
