The Creative Director will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating GoNetspeed’s advertising campaigns including print, video, and digital assets, customer education, and construction communication materials to drive company growth and support our brand.  Armed with creativity and strategy, the ideal candidate will ensure our creativity addresses our goals and overcomes our challenges.

                                                                                                

Essential Job Duties:

•Owns and directs the creative function. Develop the culture, team, capabilities, tools, processes, expectations, and work style to support the creative and strategic goals of the company 

•Directs and manages the brand strategy, content strategy and visual experience 

•Conceptualizes and creates all customer advertising campaigns to be used across various media including direct mail, digital advertisements (display, social media, CTV, etc.), television, and radio alongside supporting campaign assets including sales flyers, website landing pages, local print publication ads, and emails

•Instills a passion for collaboration, teamwork, and inspiration throughout the department. 

•Evaluates trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing and creative techniques

•Partners closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to gather quantitative and qualitative campaign feedback and results to improve campaign performance 

•Creates project intake process and assesses priorities and departmental resource requirements to manage the department’s work requests and workflow.

•Reviews and provides feedback to the internal/external creative team to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications and brand standards.

•Collaborates with internal departments to conduct cross-departmental project meetings to scope and prioritize projects/work requests as well as negotiate due dates and budgets

•Completes special projects as assigned by the Manager *.

*These tasks do not meet the Americans with Disabilities Act definition of essential job functions and are usually less than 5% of time spent.  However, these tasks still constitute important performance aspects of the job. 


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:                                                              

•Strong creative vision with an understanding of how to tailor to meet business objectives

•Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction

•Highly skilled at creating integrated content across all marketing channels from print, digital, social media, paid media, mobile, etc.

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

•Expert level experience with Adobe software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.

•Knowledge of management principles and practices

•Ability to make sound decisions using information at hand

•Ability to create a team environment and sustain employee morale



Education and Experience:    

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience 

•8+ years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message to overseeing creative production in an agency or corporate setting

•2+ years of experience in leading a team of creative talent


$110,000 - $150,000 a year
