Join the GoodData Support team to help our customers to bring custom data analytics to everyone, enabling others to work smarter, faster and more effectively.
We're looking for an exceptional and enthusiastic new colleague who can understand technical concepts and be able to explain them to people with varied technical experience.
Provide support for the leading analytics platform.
Interact with GoodData customers to help resolve support tickets and generally educate the customers to be comfortable using the platform on their own.
Handle all incoming inquiries from customers as the first point of contact, providing application support by diagnosing technical problems, answering questions, and providing effective resolutions.
Stay up-to-date on GoodData product features.
Work closely with users, product management, marketing and engineering teams across multiple time zones to make sure GoodData customer support is exceeding customer expectations and that customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
Fluent English speaker.
Willingness to work on shifts (8-hr shifts to provide 24/5 coverage, plus on-call duty).
Solid interest in IT and basic technical fundamentals, with real enthusiasm and eagerness to continuously learn new IT technologies.
Technical school background and basic experience with programming is a significant advantage.
