Summary:

The Operations and Maintenance QA/QC Specialist is responsible for maintaining GoodLeap’s quality of installed photovoltaic and batter energy storage systems. In this role, the Specialist will collaborate with installers, and service providers to rectify field installation issues and system integrity. They will manage a pipeline of open service tickets and efficiently follow-through to completion. The O&M organization will always keep the customer as the priority. Quick action and excellent communication are paramount to help preserve the customer experience during system downtime and/or required repairs.

• Quality assurance audits of installed PV systems in our TPO portfolio
• System production and cost savings analysis
• Coordinate system repairs with installers and third-party service providers on failed QA Projects
• Partner internally with teams for Performance Guarantee reporting and credits
• Operations and Maintenance servicing reporting and credit issuance for service partner network on TPO installed projects

• Customer service skills required
• Previous solar experience required
• Must be able to adapt to quickly learning new systems
• Intermediate Excel and Salesforce CRM knowledge
• Team player, collaborative, ability to work with others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: $28.00 per hour
