Responsible for the coordination of Goodwill’s WV SNAP outreach program, as well as for client recruitment, intakes/assessments, case management, facilitation of individual employment plans, and support to assigned clients seeking community-based employment. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our WV SNAP outreach program, guiding individuals with disabilities and vocational disadvantages towards meaningful employment opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting client recruitment, assessments, and case management while facilitating personalized employment plans. You'll have the opportunity to share valuable information about the WV SNAP benefits with community members through engaging public presentations and one-on-one meetings. As you act as a case manager, you will connect clients to essential community resources, helping them overcome barriers and achieve financial security. Additionally, you'll be responsible for providing vocational evaluations, interpreting various client backgrounds, and administering work samples to ascertain their unique skills. Your efforts will not only assist clients in identifying natural support systems post-employment but will also contribute to valuable program evaluations that shape our services. If you have a Bachelor’s degree along with two years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for empowering others, we want to hear from you!
