Ability to communicate and influence effectively at an executive level. Effective project management and organizational skills, with ability to deliver value through ones own initiative. About the job As a Business Development Manager, you'll recruit, develop and drive the Google Cloud Marketplace business relationships. The Marketplace Business Development team's charter is twofold. First, you'll grow the Marketplace catalog by contracting new ISV partners including in depth agreements considering product, business, and legal implications. This includes assisting new partners in navigating the Marketplace value proposition, features, and supported billing models. Second, you'll grow partner revenue by assisting existing vendors to list new products and navigate new feature releases and new billing models. Responsibilities Establish a partner strategy and partner priorities that will inform recruiting and partner development focus, and be responsible for recruiting, developing, and supporting strategic technology partnerships and the partner ecosystem Google Cloud Platform, Google Maps, and Google for Education. Understand customer needs for your focus industries and leverage those insights to advocate partner integrations with our technologies, and represent the partner to Product and Engineering teams. Help partners leverage Google's technology to enhance their offerings, integrate with them to fill platform gaps, and extend our product portfolio, and work with partners to help land partnerships with customers, channel partners, and Sales teams. Drive new partnerships, support integration of new products to existing partners, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of business challenges. Develop partner strategies, strategic account plans, and executive relationships. Salary Range: $150K -- $200K Minimum Qualification Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
