We streamline security efforts, prioritize risk mitigation, and drive continuous improvement. This includes supporting clients with incident response recovery, and cyber program transformations.As a Cybersecurity Delivery Lead Consultant in the CPA team, you'll own a specific workstream within a larger external client engagement. This could involve supporting incident response recovery, implementing elements of a cyber program transformation, or conducting security program assessments. You'll drive the activities required to achieve client objectives, acting as a trusted advisor while collaborating with the Delivery Manager and stakeholders. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more aboutbenefits at Google.Responsibilities• Oversee complex, multi-disciplinary cybersecurity projects from requirements gathering to outcomes, working with internal and client stakeholders to define and measure business outcomes, develop release plans, identify dependencies, and direct predictable and repeatable Security Program improvements.• Define the engagement delivery approach and deliver on client engagements.• Work with internal and client stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.• Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.• Coach and develop the Delivery team, comprised of internal and client team members, to incrementally improve throughput and quality.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
