Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.The Cloud Security org supports the mission of driving Google Cloud Platform's rapid growth as a key cybersecurity player. We build and scale both platform capabilities like IAM that underpin GCP and tailored security products like Chronicle, VirusTotal, reCAPTCHA, and Security Command Center. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.In this role, you will leverage skills in strategy, analytics, executive communication, influence, and business operations to help Cloud Security leaders make data-informed decisions, establish team processes, and build the infrastructure for a growing organization. They will develop close partnerships with Cloud Security leadership, defining the team's priorities, setting the operating cadence, and owning strategic projects from end to end.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .Responsibilities• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership, leverage product and business knowledge to answer critical, strategic questions.• Build strategic narratives, informing the business on new directions the Cloud Security Product, Engineering, and GTM teams should take based on your analysis. Create operational processes and practices that drive efficiencies for the leader, leadership team, and organization.• Use your data expertise and product knowledge to identify growth opportunities.• Lead the operational cadence of the business, drive planning across prioritized initiatives, define and track key product and business success metrics/KPIs, lead monthly and quarterly business reviews.• Prepare presentations and clearly communicate insights to executive management and to the broader organization.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
