Silicon Engineer, RF, Quantum AI

Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.- 3 years of experience with analog circuit design principles and techniques.- 3 years of experience with the design of integrated circuits.- Experience with analog design tools and simulators.Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.- Experience with cryogenic electronics design and testing.- Experience with integrated circuit and PCB tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Calibre, EM, Altium, etc.).- Experience with circuit related programming languages (e.g., Verilog/VHDL, Verilog-A, or Verilog-AMS, Python).- Experience with research related to room temperature or cryogenic low-noise RF/analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits.- Excellent experimental skills, as well as measurement automation, and test fixture development.Be part of a diverse team that pushes boundaries, developing custom silicon solutions that power the future of Google's direct-to-consumer products. Our roadmap is focused on advancing the capabilities of quantum computing and enabling meaningful applications.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $127,000-$187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
