The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce. Google's Knowledge and Information Partnerships (K&IP) organization works with a wide range of external partners to help build Google products through product-enabling relationships (e.g., data licensing, content partnerships, API/platform integrations, and technology licensing). Some of the areas K&IP enables include: Search, Shopping, Assistant, Google Maps, Local, Play Books/Newsstand, Research and Machine Intelligence, Developer Products, and Social Impact. The Consumer Shopping Business Development team leads content partnerships to enable capabilities, products, and offers within the Shopping ecosystem. The Google Shopping Business Development team is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to drive partnerships with critical content providers. You have a unique opportunity to grow strategic internal and external partnerships as well as impact product strategy for the next generation of consumer experiences. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal teams and Executive Leadership to drive overall product and partnership strategy for Google Shopping. Google's Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through partnerships that solve users' needs, advance our partners' goals, and further Google's mission. Our team provides meaningful solutions - from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners. Additional Information (Colorado only ) Minimum salary range between $107,000 - $115,000 bonus equity benefits. Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado. Responsibilities Drive partnership strategy for solid product content in Google Shopping. Drive and maintain strong partnerships, including working cross-functionally internally to develop new partner narratives, building external relationships, leading meetings with partners, and driving partnerships end-to-end. Lead and negotiate data integrations, co-marketing, and other partnership agreements, including non-standard terms and first-of-its-kind commercial agreements, including content licensing and product integrations. Collaborate with Google's Product and Engineering teams to define partner incentives, develop go-to-market plans, launch, and incubate new products and features, and identify new product-enabling partnership opportunities. Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
